Hello Primary Families!
We hope this email finds you well! This week we have a few things you can share with your families this Sunday:
1) Secret Spotlight
We thought we'd start something exciting this week. Read some fun facts about our Secret Spotlight HERE and reply to this email by guessing who the Primary spotlight might be! We'll reveal next Sunday who it is! If you haven't already, be sure to fill out the Survey Monkey HERE with your children so we can use them in an upcoming spotlight.
2) Happy Mother's Day!
Happy Mother's Day to all you amazing mothers! HERE is one of my favorite sweet Primary songs about mothers you can sing with your children. HERE is a cute idea for a Mother's Day card your children can make.
3) Come Follow Me
This week's Come Follow Me is focused on Mosiah 11-17.
I) I can stand for truth, even when I stand alone.
Read and/or watch the story of King Noah and Abinadi HERE. How can you be valiant and courageous like Abinadi?
II) I should obey the Ten Commandments.
Read Mosiah 12:33-36 and Mosiah 13:11-24 to learn more about the Ten Commandments. Sing 'Keep the Commandments' found HERE and discuss why it is important to follow the commandments.
III) Prophets bravely testify of Jesus Christ.
Read Mosiah 14:5 and Mosiah 15:7-8 to learn what Abinadi taught about Jesus Christ. Share a video of a prophet or member of the Quorum of the 12 sharing his testimony found HERE.
