Dear Leaders, Parents, and especially to all the Children,

 

Happy Easter!

As a Stake Primary Presidency, we wanted to reach out to all of you, so we can share our testimonies and love for Christ. We love Christ, and we love celebrating Easter.

 

Sister Forman, "I bear my testimony that Jesus Christ broke the bands of death, and that He rose and lives. Learning from His life, we learn to be humble, and  through His death, we are saved. In His Resurrection, we have everlasting life. Thanks to all of you, parents, and leaders for sharing His love by your care. I love the words of President Boyd K. Packer, 'If we could only understand. All we have heard and seen, We'd know there is no greater gift than those words - washed clean.' In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."

 

Sister Lopez, "My heart is full of pain in these times of pandemic, and I have asked my Father who is in heaven to heal my soul. He has answered me and I bear witness that Jesus Christ is His son and that He came to save us and that He died for us. Easter is special because we can see the light and feel his love!”

 

Sister Ko, "Spring awakens us of a new beginning and brings hope. It is time to start anew. We learn about the Lord in our mortal life and live the Gospel and learn about the Lord's love for us. He loved us enough to sacrifice His life. His sacrifice did not end in sorrow, but He came back to this world with a resurrected body, and became a light and hope in our lives. Through His atonement, we are able to repent of our mistakes and start over again to be more like Him. I am thrilled to see this year's Easter to celebrate His resurrection. He loves you."

 

Sister Wallace, "A few years ago Elder Uchtdorf said 'Easter is the day that changed everything.' This is so true! On Easter, we know that Christ was resurrected, and because He was resurrected we know that we will be too. Also, we know that families will be together forever. Easter is a time of hope and love."
